Lucid Software is an award-winning B2b SaaS company with 70 million users (and counting).

As an Associate Content Marketing Manager, I create a variety of content including customer case studies, articles, email marketing, one-pagers, UX copy, and social media. I launched a new type of newsletter which reached 230K+ and had a click rate of 27% (higher than the company’s traditional newsletters). At Lucid, I’ve also gained a plethora of experience:

  • Working cross-functionally with the SEO team to optimize pages and articles

  • Leading out on strategy surrounding content blogs, which reach 720K+ readers annually, and creating documentation to align on publishing best practices and processes

  • Supporting GTM product launches as content specialists on cross-functional teams
